1. Who handles what

Contact EPICK about:

  • EPICK app bugs, crashes, display errors or broken features;
  • your EPICK login or profile;
  • EPICK marketing, email or notifications;
  • EPICK's handling of your personal information;
  • accessibility barriers; or
  • how EPICK has treated you.

Contact ProphetX about:

  • opening, verification, restriction, suspension or closure of the trading account;
  • deposits, withdrawals, balances or holds;
  • orders, executions, fills, prices or rejected orders;
  • contract settlement, voids or trading fees; or
  • eligibility or geolocation decisions.

EPICK does not hold funds, execute trades or alter ProphetX decisions. Trading-related complaints must be submitted through the ProphetX Help Center under ProphetX's own terms.

2. How to complain to EPICK

Email support@epickfantasy.com from, or identify, the email address associated with your account. Include:

  • what happened and when;
  • what you expected;
  • screenshots or other relevant information; and
  • how you would like the issue resolved.

Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, full Social Security numbers or government identification.

3. What happens next

We will acknowledge and respond as soon as reasonably practical. If more information or time is needed, we will provide a status update. Unresolved EPICK complaints may be escalated internally to EPICK's legal and compliance function.

If the complaint concerns an issue EPICK cannot control, we will explain that and direct you to ProphetX rather than representing that EPICK can resolve it.

4. Privacy complaints

Send privacy requests or complaints to support@epickfantasy.com. The Privacy Policy explains applicable rights and response periods.

5. Records

We retain complaint records for as long as reasonably needed for operations, legal compliance, security, fraud prevention and dispute resolution.

6. Formal dispute resolution

Formal disputes with EPICK are governed by the dispute-resolution and arbitration provisions of our Terms of Use. Trading disputes belong to ProphetX and are governed by ProphetX's own terms.
