Anything involving money or your trading account — deposits, withdrawals, orders, fills, settlement, fees, verification or eligibility. EPICK has no access to your balance and cannot move money, unblock an account, or reverse a ProphetX decision.

Responsible trading

EPICK cannot set deposit limits, loss limits or self-exclusion on your account. We don't hold your account or your funds, so those controls sit with ProphetX. Ask the ProphetX Help Center which account controls are currently available.
