When a user requests to delete their account through the EPICK™ mobile app, their account is deactivated immediately. This means they can no longer log into the app or use its services. However, certain user data (such as transaction records and account history) is retained for legal, security, and regulatory compliance purposes. We do not completely erase user data upon account deletion to comply with financial regulations and fraud prevention obligations. Retained data will be securely stored and protected according to our Privacy Policy. Retention periods may vary based on applicable legal requirements. For this reason, it is up to 7 years. After the retention period, data will be permanently deleted. To request account deletion: Open the EPICK™ mobile app, Navigate to the "Account" section, Select "Delete Account" and confirm the deletion.
